1. The Singular Identity of the LORD

- The mighty God, the everlasting Father, became flesh.
- Jesus is the visible manifestation of the invisible God.

2. The LORD's Unrivaled Power and Authority
2.1 Sovereignty Over All Creation

- God's kingdom rules over all things and all beings.
- He does according to His will in the army of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth.
- Nothing is outside of His divine control and purpose.
2.2 Power Over Life and Death

- He alone has the power to give life and to take it away.
- He determines the times and seasons of all humanity.
- His word brings forth life and resurrection.
2.3 Authority to Judge

- The LORD will judge the world in righteousness and equity.
- All judgment has been committed to the Son, who is the Father revealed.
- Every person will give an account to Him on the day of judgment.
3. The Call to Reverence and Obedience
3.1 The Meaning of 'Fear the LORD'

- It is the beginning of wisdom and true knowledge.
- It means to hate evil and depart from iniquity.
- It involves keeping His commandments and living righteously.

- To fear Him is to walk in His ways, to love Him, and to serve Him.

- Those who fear Him lack no good thing.
