- Their delight is in the law of the Lord, finding joy and satisfaction in God's word.
- They meditate on God's word day and night, constantly reflecting on its meaning and application.
3. The Blessed Person's Prosperity
3.1 Bearing Fruit

- They are like a tree planted by rivers of water, deeply rooted and constantly nourished.
- They bring forth fruit in their season, demonstrating the positive impact of their relationship with God.
- Their leaf also shall not wither, symbolizing their enduring strength and vitality.
4. The Wicked's Character
4.1 Lacking Substance
Verses: Psalm 1:4
- The wicked are not so, lacking the stability and fruitfulness of the righteous.
- They are like the chaff which the wind drives away, easily scattered and without substance.
5. The Wicked's Destiny
5.1 Exclusion from God's Presence

- The wicked will not stand in the judgment, unable to withstand God's scrutiny.
- Sinners will not be in the congregation of the righteous, excluded from God's fellowship.
