1. A New Creation in Christ Jesus
1.1 Redeemed and Forgiven

- I declare that in Him, I have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.

- I declare that there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, but the name of Jesus Christ.
- I declare that God has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow.
4.2 Baptized in His Name

- I declare that I have repented and been baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and I have received the gift of the Holy Spirit.
- I declare that when they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
