Jesus: The Fullness of God Revealed

1. The One God Revealed in Jesus
1.1 God is One
Verses: Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10-11; Mark 12:29
- There is only one true God, and no other beside Him.
- God declares Himself as the only Savior and there is none before or after Him.
- Jesus affirmed the singularity of God as the first and greatest commandment.
1.2 Jesus is God Manifest in Flesh
Verses: 1 Timothy 3:16; John 1:1, 14; Colossians 2:9
- God Himself was revealed in human form, a mystery of godliness.
- The Word, who was God, became flesh and dwelt among us.
- In Jesus dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
1.3 Jesus is the Father
Verses: Isaiah 9:6; John 10:30; John 14:7-9
- Jesus is prophetically called 'Everlasting Father'.
- Jesus declared, 'I and my Father are one'.
- To see Jesus is to see the Father, for He is the Father revealed.
1.4 Jesus is the Holy Spirit
Verses: 2 Corinthians 3:17; Romans 8:9-10; John 14:16-18
- The Lord, Jesus, is the Spirit.
- If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, they are not His; the Spirit of God dwells in us.
- Jesus promised to send another Comforter, the Spirit of truth, who is Himself returning to His disciples.
2. Jesus as the Son of God
2.1 The Begotten Son
Verses: Psalm 2:7; John 3:16; Hebrews 1:5
- The 'Son' refers to God's manifestation in humanity, born into the world.
- God's love is demonstrated through His only begotten Son, given for the world.
- God declared Jesus to be His Son upon His human birth and resurrection.
2.2 The Son's Relationship to the Father
Verses: John 5:19; John 14:10; Philippians 2:6-8
- The Son does nothing of Himself but what He sees the Father do, demonstrating perfect unity.
- The Father dwells in the Son, and the Son speaks the Father's words.
- Jesus, though divine, took on the form of a servant, humbling Himself.
2.3 The Son's Obedience and Sacrifice
Verses: Hebrews 5:8-9; Romans 5:8; John 19:30
- Jesus learned obedience through suffering, becoming the source of eternal salvation.
- God demonstrated His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
- The Son completed the work of redemption on the cross, declaring 'It is finished'.
3. The Name of Jesus and Salvation
3.1 The Authority in Jesus' Name

- God has highly exalted Jesus and given Him the name above every name.
- There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
- All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Jesus.
3.2 Baptism in Jesus' Name
Verses: Acts 2:38; Acts 8:16; Acts 19:5
- Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.
- Believers in Samaria were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
- Paul re-baptized disciples in Ephesus in the name of the Lord Jesus.
3.3 Salvation Through Jesus Alone
Verses: John 14:6; Acts 10:43; 1 John 5:11-12
- Jesus is the only way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Him.
- Through His name, everyone who believes receives remission of sins.
- He who has the Son has life, and he who does not have the Son of God does not have life.
3.4 The Power of Jesus' Name
Verses: Acts 3:6; Mark 16:17-18; John 16:23-24
- In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.
- Believers will cast out demons and speak with new tongues in His name.
- Whatever you ask the Father in My name, He will give you.
